Received used product with dried mascara and residue on eye pieces. Charging cord and manual was also not in box but suppose to be included in packaging. Has a cool mode i like but can't use because it doesn't stay charged.

As others have said theres no strap so you have to hold it to your face

The product is heavy and putting pressure on your eyes is not recommended so you shouldnt lay your head back with these on the eye areas do have a cupped shape to help with avoiding pressure but this potentially adds to the other big issue

I like these when the unit is warming up but once its warmed up the heating turns on and off in 15 second intervals
