Pros
Recharge lasts along time. We use it regularly (often several times a day) and are always pleasantly surprised that the battery still has lots of juice left. Only down side, seems to take a long time to charge even if charged nightly.
The heating/cooling head is amazing. The cooling/heating feature is a nice feature. The hot and cold attachment is a gamechanger!
This is easier to use than the heavier bulky one i bought 2 years ago. The massage gun is compact and lightweight when packing this in carry on luggage.
It's pricier than other brands but works well.
Cons
I was clearly sent a badly inspected return. I need to contact the manufacture and see if i can return it since it is outside the amazon return period.
Cuts off tool fast, heating cold element lights up then cuts off. One of the heads are worn. It will either run slow and hard or too fast altogether to be comfortable.

Has great attachments have not tried out the thermal heat and cool feature yet.
Super easy to use, fast charge, and you can even adjust the hot and cold settings to make it hotter/colder.
The different attachments really pinpoint and attack the deep spots i didn’t even think of touching.
I have used it half a dozen times this week and it's still at 50% battery.
Price
Highly recommend especially for the cost and does what it says it can do!
