The battery friggin lasts. I pretty much used it every day for like 3 hours. The number of attachment heads allows for different flexibility as well.

Cons
It has a habit of massaging itself into virtually punching you. Extension handle square and not ergonomic; not easy to grasp for small hands. Usb-c charging is slow.
When tapping the power button, it goes from level 1 to 5 & then back down to 0, but at 0 its still vibrating. Will not turn on. Each time i turn it on, it only runs for 25 seconds and then shuts down.

They were underpowered, stalled out easily and the necks flexed.
Price
Good price point for this type of massager.
Long story short - spent $52 fixing the problem versus a couple hundred dollars and hours out of my time going the massage route.
Packaging/appearance
The nice box it comes in, works just like a case!
Only wish it included a storage case, but the original box works for now.
Competitiveness
Whereas, this renpho reach is vastly better.
Three of them were different brands of the gooseneck variety.
