With fresh out the package batteries doesn’t properly and accurately give weight. The scale suddenly stops working after two weeks of using it. Tried replacing the batteries but no luck. Also had some issues with the app.

Ask a doctor or professional trainer to take your real body fat. Then after several months of “bulking’ with measurable (with tape measure) increases in muscle size, the body fat percentage is the exact same number.
