Without a baseline from a professional its hard to know if the bmi is accurate but having said that the scale at least gives you a number that you can work towards or away from to get your bmi down

It has perhaps the smallest footprint i have encountered at about 10 316” square by 34” tall including the feet as a larger than average man the size was fine

That aside after reviewing the apps access to my phone i decided not to install it to help minimize my privacy exposure in fairness i am overly cautious in this regard
