The renpho is exactly what i was looking for at a steal of a price.
If you're looking for an affordable and feature-rich way to monitor your body composition, i highly recommend this scale.
For under $30 this scale gives you the feeling that you are using a high ticket item.
Tldr: for the price it's very good
Packaging/appearance
Nice color, looks as showed in pictures.
Even though it does everything you could ask it is all in the perfect size package.
We got a second one for my parent’s house in colorado so i didn’t have to pack it.
Competitiveness
I purchased the renpho digital tape measure to go along with it and am so happy with it as well.
I had a similar one for years that i paid a lot more for, but it was no longer giving an accurate weight.
We have tried name brands and generic.
I’ve compared the results with other scales and found that the enpho elis 1 provides reliable data.

You do need to take off your socks if you want more measurements than just weight body fat water weight etc because the sensors the four gray bits on the top of the scale need to be touching skin

To turn on the scale and get it to connect via bluetooth to your phone each morning just tap it with your foot until the screen reads a number
