The camera is very clear and sharp. The picture quality is great in the daytime. Picture is crisp and clear. The 3 x zoom is good and with 5 mp, some digital zoom can be used and still have a good quality picture.

The c2 reolink pro can be used to connect to your router using the ethernet connection. Once you do it's not hard to set it up, just remember it must be setup directly connected to your router. You can also use the c2.

Cons

Reolink c2 pro ptz ip camera has some serious issues that prevent it from being a worthwhile purchase. The camera is unreliable. Responses to zoom and pan/tilt are slow. Once a month we have to reset it.

The execution fails miserably. It's insufficient in almost every way. Manufacturer help is entirely useless. It is very useless.

Video playback is sometimes intermittent, and sometimes cannot connect at all until a few tries, even if i'm on the same wifi network with the router about 12' away. Default firmware setting is to reboot itself every week, so there is always a gap in ... Read More

The panning function is excruciating. The sensitivity setting, which should control this, seems to have little effect. Ptz is very touchy to set as well.

The picture quality is great in the daytime.

Price

And the price is cheaper than my country.

I bought 3 wi-fi extenders that cost i think $300 dollars to make sure that i have perfect speeds in all of the house period.

Shipping

first the shipping speed is very very very fast 🚀 this is best shipping speed in market.

Packaging/appearance

I added it to my synology, and if you choose the correct make and model number (on the synology settings) it will not work well.

Was a good camera, but out of production and gone for good.

Competitiveness

The reolink cameras have ptz though, so i can swing the live view around and really see what i want to.

It made my foscam camera's totally worthless (do not buy foscam or amcrest cameras!

Image quality at night is not as crisp and is more white-washed than the foscam cameras.

So i decided to set this up with synology surveillance station.
