The audio and night vision is good. I also like to sit inside and watch the cameras that show my bird feeders so i can listen to and watching the birds - which i find very relaxing.

The ai seems to perform as expected - although i am still learning to tune that better for smart alerting and cutting down on un-needed alerts. They still want me to do more troubleshooting. Sometimes the nvr seems to go nuts.

Cameras are worthless for motion sensing. Anything in a shadow is too dark regardless of how you adjust exposure settings.

The nvr is loud and without cloud backup features can easily be identified by an intruder which is concerning. Another drawback is the 2nd reolink system i have bought from amazon and had to return. This one either has no hdd or has a defective one.

I reached out via email for some troubleshooting and they responded promptly.

After a few emails to reolink, i was sent a replacement camera free of charge in a reasonable amount of time.

Now i can watch the deer, sand hill cranes frolicking on my property as well as delivery pkg drops or any suspicious happenings.

Competitiveness

I've used other brands before but i've never had a system like this.

Exporting to usb stick is only fat32 which limits the size to less that 4gb.

Considering the junk out there by other brands.

Go to hd or lowes and buy a box or cat5e/6 cable and run your own.
