Great app for viewing/playback. Phone app also is flawless. I have the mobile apps installed on several android phones and tablets and the windows client installed on my home system.

Clarity during the daylight is amazing. Night vision is good but focuses light toward the center which limits the distance if the camera is angled downward. License plates reflect light, including infrared. The daytime quality is excellent.
Easy install, good video, good sound. Hardware wise, i have no complaint. Only complaint is tech support has went downhill some.
Cons
Buyers beware! Surely there has to be something much better for the money. Absolutely one of the worst support dept. Hopefully its the correct system this time. Buy something else.
If you switch camera channels too quickly during playback it crashes the nvr and reboots. Now it says connection failed again. The only way to get it back on is to unplug from the wall.
Video quality and app are great but because there is no person/vehicle detection as described i get multiple motion notifications almost every minute. Soooooo no more saved videos. Description is also very misleading on the quality of video.

I find this to be an awesome security camera system for the money
This is probably the most important thing to me and for the price you cant beat it
Also required to pay a fee to send them back when the product or camera goes bad and it is out of the users control
Overall honestly for the price i couldnt beat it

Motion sound and video quality are all good night vission is ok if you have lights outside but if outside is dark you wont see much

I have a back yard light on a timer so i can see my dogs at night and the camera can only see what is brightly lit by the light and chirstmas lights cause the cameras to be less effective when they are on but that is to be expected

I get about 5 days of recording before it rewrites the footage on a 2 tb drive
