This is one of my best value purchase.
However, the $99/yr subscription for cloud storage of snippets was absolutely not worth the money.
No subscription or hidden costthe installation process is very simple.
The recorder saves all footage locally to a hdd so there’s no need for extra cost from subscriptions.
Competitiveness
The auto tracking is also very accurate and works very well compared to other systems i have tried in the past.
We can connect other brand camers with these open standards to reolink nvrs.

I have either used or tested 3 security camera systems recently sent 2 of them back for lack of tech support

I called in to tech support they transferred me to warranty support and they immediately sent all necessary information for me to send the unit back for replacement

The zmodo cameras were slow to activate with motion and snippets recorded being less than 15 seconds

Also night vision was crap ghosting figures turning on for bugs etc

Meaning i can block out traffic driving on the road in front of my house but still be notified if someone pulls into the street lawn or comes up my walkway
