I recently set up the reolink rlc-823s1 4k ptz poe camera for outdoor security, which i picked up for about $250.
Packaging/appearance
You will notice immediately the quality workmanship as you open up the packaging and hold this camera in your hands.
Package includes an ac power cord, however you do not need it if you plug in an ethernet cable as this is poe.

I've tried some other brands that have 'smart detection' that is more trouble than it's worth.
I don't use reolink nvr, because i have lots of camera from different brand, and reolink nvr only detect reolink camera.

Dthis is a poe power over ethernet device and while it comes with a dc adapter you really need to use it with a poe switchinjector
