Zoom is a very new model that i sampled as soon as it came out. The zoom is not as smooth as i'd prefer (to help establish the expectation, i am a photographer), but works well.

It is onvif compatible so setup was a breeze. Goto your nvr software and add the new camera. I'm always on the lookout for a good poe camera that supports rtsp for feeding into my nvr.

The camera can be flush mounted to a wall or a ceiling. It includes screws and drywall mounts to do this. The green cable is my ethernet, going to the poe switch.

Cons

No ptz, no zoom, etc. Makes this camera unusable for me. There are other cameras out there that actually publish their camera specs in the documentation.

The camera is not onvif compliant. Contacting tech support is a waste of time.

For the low price of $30 each, these are excellent cameras for outdoor use.

I upgraded from a 1080 system, and i gotta tell ya, i'm very impressed for the price per camera.

Definitely worth the small price difference in my opinion.
