Pros
Camera can be used as a windows camera surveillance and for viewing the rooms. Only capability that hasn't worked well is the internal sd card recording memory. Camera has a remote web ui for remote access.
It is fantastic. Just won't stop. And super functional for the price. An excellent camera.
Cons
The preview is really laggy, on the e1 pro and e1 zoom. They misunderstood my complaint.
Camera loses connection, freezes and goes through a reset mode whenever it detects motion. App setup has the camera scanning a qr code off of my phone, which it doesn't. This item gives me trouble in reconnecting after 2 months.

Price
Maybe it is just too expensive for its overall value.
For the price you can't go especially with the coupon.
Packaging/appearance
There was nothing in any of the three boxes i ordered and nothing online other than installation instructions
Competitiveness
Better than any of the others i’ve tried in this price range.
All those tablets and the reolink app disagree.
I hear a lot of youtube reviews saying the interface is too complex compared to other cameras but i find this as a bonus.
Initial setup is almost the same as cheap chinese cameras the main difference being that reolink apps are stable and reliable.

Reason my roomate and i agreed wed unplug the camera whenever our gfs are over but i rather a physical privacy switch that could be remotely reactivated in case we forget to reenable

Unplugging the camera isnt as secure in case we forget to restore the power
