This unit is larger than their older wireless models but it doesnt need the silicon sleeve and has an actual power switch on the bottom to turn it off when you dont need it on

It has much better wifi range than their earlier models but youll still need a mobile hotspot to have any chance of connecting to these once theyre positioned outside

First its missing the old magnetic ball base which was amazing for quick installation and takedown in covered outdoor areas with metal siding or rails

You actually have to strap it to the side of the railing which is a lot more precarious when using the included straps
