Pros
The setup is easy, the app is intuitive, and the customer service is excellent. The app is integral to the use of the camera. Alexa does all the work.
The camera is amazing. The product is excellent. Works great. Very pleased with these cameras.
Since there is no ptz (robotic panning, tilting, and zooming) in the argus 4 pro, getting the big picture in one take is important. K resolution allows me to zoom in to the tiniest of details.
Cons
As a gift there was no purchase info. When anything goes wrong (and it will, they are cheaply made), you have no recourse.
Sometimes detects good, sometimes not. Not worth the time or frustration. Clearly a cheap, defective product. As of 2023, only 3 indoor cameras and 2 outdoor solar cameras still work.

Motion detection works fine and the video quality is excellent
The video quality 4k is very good in the day and at night and the wide angle coverage is very impressive
The motion detection is flawless the added spotlight when motion is detected makes it impossible to not be seen if your in range
The battery is part of the base and not removable
Price
Also the fact there is no monthly fees and footage is stored locally to micro sd not included but had a spare from another camera
Theyd clearly be at the top of my list for price to performance for cameras
Although not required i bought additional cloud storage because it was very affordable
Packaging/appearance
In the box you have the camera the solar panel mounting brackets a few cables mounting templates and manuals

The solar panel is also big enough to supply the power to the camera constantly so you don’t need to take off the camera to recharge it at all unless it’s raining for quite a few days

Without the solar panel the battery lasts about a week which is good but i also bought the solar panels that keep them charged permanently
