Pros & Cons
Pros
Rlc-520a is a great camera that is easy to use, reliable and exactly as described. The reolink ecosystem is very feature rich and it does appear to have a lot of capabilities. I really do like the reolink app and it's very well laid out.
On the front of the camera is the lens, surrounded by infrared lights for night vision. I am a fan of the turret style and it's not as visible as bullet-style cameras. Video and audio quality is awesome and crystal clear.
The reolink ip cam is one of the most versatile cameras out there. It can record to microsd, micro sd card, or an ftp server. It also supports customized ntp server list.
Argus pro 3 is a good camera. The app responds immediately and there is no lag with playback or navigation. Once it detect the movement, it sends smart notification via application or emails.
It is pretty foolproof to connect and to manage. I have never had any connection issues. The camera can almost be fully managed directly from https with a few exceptions. Ethernet.
Cons
The included ethernet cable is only 6’ long. Too short to be any good for the actual installation. I got 2 new routers and many old ones; none of them has a poe port.

Price
For the price these cameras are great.
The current price of $66 ($83-$17 coupon) for a 5mp camera of this caliber this is a great deal.
The app is very good for the price point, allowing me to filter out areas where i don't want motion to be recorded (i.
Overall, this is a very serviceable wired security camera at a great price.
Competitiveness
Image quality is perfect for the particular camera type - better than others that boast similar specs.
I also use a couple other reolink cameras to monitor the back yard (lumus) and other side of house (argus3).
I am looking for another brand to work with ftp to save the footage on my nas server.
I cannot believe that reolink would have multiple hardware versions for the same model of nvr.
