Pros

Easy to install and easy to troubleshoot. Set up is plug and play with some options if you choose to fiddle. Easy lan connection to my wireless router and now have great images from my iphone.

If the lighting is good, these pick up very well. The clarity of the video is outstanding for a system in this price-range. Very impressed with this camera.

Phone and computer app is one of the best and most responsive that i have ever used. Exporting video to a thumb drive for archive is easy. Reolink app works great and i have many different sites connected.

Wider focal lenses and 2-way communication for a total of 6 cams. Onvif, changing settings.

Helped troubleshoot and replaced poe/cat5 connector on the one camera having issues. Once both those issue where rectified syste. Everything seems to be working fine.

Cons

The desktop ui is absolutely horrible and ridiculously unintuitive. Navigating playback on mobile or desktop app is miserable. Performance of the software is poor. Playback software is not user friendly on either the phone or the pc.

Very great camra quality, works very well at night, they send you plenty of cat cable to put everything together.

This cameras don't have nigth vision they are not clear

Really the hardest thing was getting the contact paper off of the templates for drilling holes for the camera.

I’m please with the value of the system thus far.

I think you get exactly what you pay for and maybe a little bit more.

Overall i'd say this is a very good system for the money.

I dislike that it did not come with a monitor

Overall, i highly recommend this if you're in the market for a new 4k security camera.

I purchased this after trying another equivalent brand, which ended up with two failed units, so i just gave up.

As a licensed security installer i can honestly recommend be these products form reolink.

Also, the software via the interface is lacking compared to the phone app.
