Reolink technical support is superb. Very satisfied customer with many nvr/camera systems. Support staff (charlene) can be contacted directly.

The audio is absolutely horrible, sound like a walkie talkie cutting in and out with only the wind being audible. Not able to temporarily disable alert notifications for individual cameras. No iffft integration.

The software is very glitchy and the cameras are slow to react. The software (android, windows) is absolutely full of typos, and convoluted, roundabout ways to change settings.

We find it amazing that a company in 2021 has a customer support system that is so difficult to communicate with and do not care about customer satisfaction. Do not buy.
