Pros
The web interface, windows application and android app all seem to work ok, but i only really use them to configure the cameras. Easy to configure and a great android app.
It comes with a poe port, a seperate power port and reset switch. The cameras are powered using poe with cable runs as long as 90m and record to 2 x nvr. An inline poe injector is way simpler than running power and ethernet to a camera.
Camera feels much better built and more sturdy than my last camera. Audio isn't great but is reasonable given the price. The steaming is smoother, though still with a couple of seconds delay.
The night image quality is superb and the day is even better. I prefer the 4:3 aspect ratio of 2560x1920 for cctv as you can generally see more useful area, plus they tile nicely on an ipad display.

Cons
The windows reolink app is so unstable and cpu levels are shocking when running. The app freezes and often i am posed with an unstable network statement. The image has started to go very ghost like as if the room is filled with fog.
The rlc-422 motorized zoom is good but useless if the centre point isn’t where you want to focus on, mine isn't due to being able to get the best overall view of what i want to see. The android app isn't that much better either and can be quite fiddly... Read More

For the price these cameras are brilliant and really can't complain for the picture quality and features.
Price
For the price you can't really go wrong.
Audio isn't great but is reasonable given the price.
Packaging/appearance
I loaded the reolink app onto my pc and upgraded the firmware - nice to see that things are being supported - and set up the cameras.
The setup onto phone was simple - download the reolink app and scan the qr code on the camera.

I use them on a synology nas that has its own cctv software, this hooks into the cameras very well.

These cameras are continuously recording to a mini pc shinobi as well as ftpingemailing events

The image quality during the day is excellent a very noticable upgrade to my old camera for not much more money

At night the quality drops off a little as to be expected but again a big improvement over the old camera
