Unbeatable product for the price. Reolink also has an extremely knowledgeable and courteous customer service group.

Is not waterproof and is not cat 5. The ethernet cable is not exactly as on the add, it’s not waterproof.

80update1: reolink has agreed to refund 20% purchase price due to defective camera.
I contacted reolink, and they adjust the price for me!
The cameras are relatively okay, given their price.
Shipping
Was upgrading my old lorex to a new one, but they had shipping delays so i cancelled it.
Competitiveness
Note: lorex advertises 4k on a ton of systems but only their high end systems will record at a high frame rate (fps)(very deceptive!
I have some reolink wifi cameras that can connect to th nvr also.

We purchased our system abit over a year ago and they inquired what was going on and they warranty our unit as the hard drive didnt work and the display didnt turn on

The build quality is respected the shell is a plastic based alloy and the aiming adjustment knuckle cab break very easily if installed in 25c weather if not handled very very cautiously as i did but still broke 14 camera knuckles
