Pros

The screwdriver holes are bigger than the apple provided ones, so you don't need such a small screwdriver to take these ones in and out. Comes with a bit of locktight on the thread. Replaced most screws on the casing of my 2009 macbook pro.

Cons

Does not fit 13 mpb mid 2012. None of the screws fit properly. These lack the tolerances that provide a good fit on a macbook.
