Pros & Cons
Pros
They provide smooth, consistent tension for rehabbing a variety of injuries. The gripper is soft and moves for easy movements. Like the versatility between the 20 lbs and 30 lbs.
These are perfect for my pilates with band. Good product, seems well made, is comfortable to workout with. Love the convenience these offer me to work out at home without always going to the gym.
Cons
The bands look cheaply made and have no durability. The 10 lb and 20 lb band also feel like they have the same exact resistance. The blue band in the package has a manufacturing flaw in the rubber tube.
Avoid this brand. What a waste of money. Extremely dangerous. It's a miracle it didn't pop me in the eyes.

These are a bit too short for overhead exercises if you anchor them to the ground with your foot and the door attachment can be difficult to install for shorter patients or those with an overhead impingement
