So it actually trains your muscles betterwith that being said these bands are great for light weights or if you stretch it to the max it will give you more resistancei have always liked resistance bands because you can do things like box with them move your arms like you are swimming etc and it will strengthen those specific muscles as well as your core
Free weights and resistance bands are different free weights are always the same and the force is always the samewhere as resistant bands the force becomes more as they are stretched
