Pros
Needed some resistance bands to help carry out rehab work as advised by my physio. They come with a handy little bag so perfect to wrap up and store away. Good for stretching while on the sofa.
Cons
These are terrible bands and you can't use them for exercise because they don't stay in the right position. I'm 5ft 7, so not tall and these bands are too short for shoulder stretches. Nothing like the one's at my gym.
