Resisting happiness is a great book. This book has a lot of correspondence to stephen pressfield's the war of art, they even use the word resistance to describe similar concepts. The rhythm of life is one of the best books i've ever read.

Like dedicating an hour of your work to something or someone. Happiness is subjective to each person, and just because you don’t believe in a “god-sized hole” does not mean someone else doesn't.
