Pros

Easy enough not to be a hassle. A job well orchestrated from start to finish. Your careful packaging & expedient shipment is greatly appreciated.

This foaming cleaner works well when you add your own elbow grease. I let it sit till dry and use bissel to vacuum over it. This is a great product that works well and doesn't have a chemical smell or a cloying flowery smell.

Cons

The product has a nice smell/odor, but it did not spray properly. The first bottle stopped spraying before it was even half finished. It is so foamy and soapy it is really hard to rinse out of the carpet.

First time i order through amazon, they’re both faulty. Worst part is i can’t even return them even though they are defective! Did not lift it.

Buy the pump bottle instead. No refund or replacement. Frustrating waste of $.
