Pros
It reclines properly and the footrest is suitable. I love the fact it reclines as well. The feet and arm rests move along with the back as you recline.
The foam where you sit holds its shape pretty well. The headrest is in a waaay more comfortable spot. It's really comfy as well, everything feels super sturdy. Thecushion on the seat was bought from walmart separately.
Sturdy chair worth every penny. I use this for chair for daily video editing.
Cons
Biggest disappointment is the padding. I'm 200lbs and the cushioning bottoms out completely. The foot rest is my issue with the chair. The seat cushion is hard as a rock!

None worked but after analyzing where the noise was coming from i sprayed wd40 onto the big spring and torsion plates that support the back

The chairs comfort is initially great but over long periods of time the seat cushions flattens and will become somewhat uncomfortable

My opinion the density of the seat foam should be improved and include a bolster for under the thighs

This chair was easy to assemble if you follow the given instructions just make sure you double check your parts before you start building my chair came missing the lumbar pillow sadly
