Super comfy and the back breaths well (super important in florida) my cats also love it, though i ended up having to put a pillow cushion over the seat so they don't claw at it.
The adjustable lumbar support works well for my back. I like the neck pillow, it works perfectly and is adjustable when i want to lean back. Also highly recommend the arm memory foam armrest.
Any bodybuilder knows how hard it is finding anthing to fit to comfort. This specific model works well with a normal height to taller height desk. I'm 6'4 215 lbs and chair is the perfect size.
Cons
The box was completely dented, torn, and destroyed. The back cover keeps popping out every 15min. After just a week it's already sunk by at least 2 inches. Now it works and the chair tilts.
The back recliner lock is weak which makes the recline very wobbly. The seat is narrow and under cushioned. Screws from the armrests fall out due to being stripped out. The cushioning is terrible.
