Lumbar support, arms are adjustable, headrest is optional. This means that regardless of how long i'm sitting the seat is not going to indent and wear down. The head rest is * in, but adjustable in head angle and height.

Feels sturdy with what seems to be quality steel for the base plate and arm rest.
It also puts the headrest way too high so instead of supporting my head, it just pushes my head down.

Im 5434 and the seat part is too long for my thighs so i either have the backrest and dangle my feet or sit forward and dont use it

What i like about this chair compared to lots of other gaming chairs out there is that instead of cushion and leather the seating area specifically is made of mesh

The parts are pretty average overall but i do have to admit the seat and back of the chair do feel a lot more sturdy than other chairs ive built in the past
