The customer service reached out to me and sent me a new one immediately.
Update: restmo reached out to me to tell me there is an 18 month warranty on the wand, and offered me a refund or replacement.
Packaging/appearance
The only thing i would add is a soaker option for the nozzle, then it would be the full package.

This wand gave me a ratcheting head to adjust the angle as well as adding extra length

It works as advertised was easy to assemble basically no assembly and so far so good on durability but ive only had it a month or two
