Feels sturdy in the hand and works well. I hope this will last longer than the plastic options.
Cons
It restricts water pressure making the water discharge poor. The pressure of water being released when on full is really poor compared with the hose lock equivalent.

Still liable to splitting if left connected when temperature falls below freezing but which hose gun would survive that amount of internal pressure
