Pros
The weight of the gun, heavier than its plastic counterparts, adds to the overall feel of durability without compromising on usability. The metal connector is really solid and has no movement to it, perfect for a long lasting use!
Fast delivery. Not a problem for me but be warned. Not disappointed by my choice.
I like the fact this is like a scrolled to use and it stays there. Perfect for gardening use or when washing car.
Cons
Well made product, but incorrectly advertised as a 'high pressure' hose nozzle. Product only 9 months old and totally defunct. No water flow at all.

We seem to have to buy a new spray gun every year, since after a year plastic spray guns seem to just leak and are no longer any good.
Price
This gun is very reasonably priced and a pleasure to use.
I had quite an expensive one of these that just completely split over the winter.
The price is slightly expensive in my opinion.
They say you get what you pay for.
Packaging/appearance
Arrived well-packaged as shown in the attached photos.
Gun arrives in bubble-wrap inside a brown cardboard box with product information.
I was impressed by the build quality as soon as i opened the packaging.
Competitiveness
The jet and the full patterns are fairly similar, with just a slight variation in the distance reached.
Early days but very impressed compared to other spray-heads i've used in the past, some more expensive.

I got this for my back garden as i have dropped the plastic sprayer i had and it smashed so i wanted to get something more sturdy

The sprayer end is made of plastic however the plastic is also really thick

It is still mostly made of plastic but there are cast metal elements that make it feel very substantial

I had to put the whole thing in a vice then crack the hose connector off with a spanner
