Pros
Includes a latch so that you don't have to hold the trigger on to get water to flow. Grip is comfortable and the lever is easy to control. Throttle valve allows you to squeeze the trigger fully/maintain a strong grip on it.
The spray wand works great. All of the functions work as advertised. Only one had issues within 6 months which they remedied right away. Customer service exceeds expectations.

The garden hose wand is a great addition to any gardening toolkit. The only thing i would criticize is the flow control knob.
Cons
The hinge/articulation of the head has a seam in it. The top on the part that makes it swivel is plastic.

Quality
Nice solid build and i think this spray nozzle will hold up a long time.
Easy to attach, no leaks, straight shooting no dribbling sprayer.
I have only used this two days, but it does not leak and it has as many nozzle settings as i'm going to need for the deck plants.
They always seem to crack and break wherever there are plastic connections, particularly where the hose threads onto it.
Price
Therefore, i consider this to be a decent value at twenty-five dollars.

Packaging/appearance
Loved that it came straight out of the box and onto my hose-- no assembly required!
Competitiveness
This lends itself to more durability than other comparable wands on the market.
I mostly use the "shower" spray but i have tried the others.
The other ones are more "fancy", rarely used in a backyard.
