It has a dial for all the functions you'd need to set it up. Set up is as easy as advertised. I have this set up with many feet of soaker hoses wound all through my garden.

In practice when my rain barrel filter was connected then the restmo timer the flow was greatly restricted when i directly connected to the soaker hoses low flow also when i went back to direct connection to soaker hoses wo restmo the difference was visible

This time i made sure the timer is not sitting on the ground and the screen is covered
