I recently purchased these for my h777 radio's and i am pretty impressed with the quality and the functionality of the speaker/mics.
We've bought these before, so we knew the quality and durability going in.
Just overall quality is not to the the standards as their radio .

Bought these because the price was right.

I decide to try out the retevis mics and i have to say for the price you can't go wrong.

Opened up the mike has 1 phillips screw and 2 security torx screws i had the proper bits on hand and as others reported a bit of plastic flashing from the molding process was covering up the slot above the microphone module

Looks like a good hand mic but not as good build quality like their model 27 radio which their mic is supposed to relate to

Original microphone holes in enclosure are aside from actual microphone and this is a reason for bad sound
