The supplied instruction is one of the best and well written i have seen that came from a over sea company. Thankfully retevis includes the programming cable. Drivers are also included with the cps software from retevis.

The battery life is decent, and i like that it charges via usb-c. The charging base/cradle uses a usb type-c port and comes with a usb cable and adapter.

Cons

The usb-c access port on the battery has a flimsy plug that has no connector to attach it to the radio.

I am giving it only 4 stars because of the questionable value.

Having own several dozen of radios that priced in the budget/entry level.

But i would pay more, and have before.

I need to experiment more with the programming and adjustments but for the price, i'm always happy with retevis products.
