I'm surprised at this as other retevis radios tend to have ideal audio quality.
Some with win10 may have a slight problem but it just entails downloading the rb618 software and prolific driver 3.

The only thing that lets down the unit is tinny audio

Also the voice prompt for channel change is connected to the radios volume this needs changing as it is too loud if the volume is turned up high for those whos hearing isnt 100
