Pros

Distance isn't incredible but i work with a couple people around a house and rarely have any distortion. Haven’t had any sound, interference, or distant issues.

They take a kenwood style microphone too so that's nice. The only downside is that they make a loud beep initially when you turn them on and turn the volume down.

Cons

The battery door and belt clip are useless. The programming software has the frequencies locked out only allowing you to change the power and pl tone.
