Getting four of these for $70 is a good value. They work together seamlessly. Not sure how rugged they are since our flaggers can be a little klutzy.
Since they are rechargeable, battery cost is zero. Battery life is good.
Cons
You have to practically put the mic in your mouth for vox to pick up and transmit. Had to download software to program vox feature.

The chargers are ysplit so a single chargercable can charge two at a time but in the event you lose the cable or didnt bring it with you the connector is a standard miniusb that you likely have for other devices
