I officiate tennis matches and these are perfect for that purpose. When i use them, sometimes i have to run, crawl into loud machines, and fix problems on the fly. No complaint so far.
Best feature is the usb-c charging—no more unique charging bricks/docks. They are also very light and compact. And the battery last long because there is no display.
Cons
The lack of on/off status is a deal-breaker. One of the radios malfunction after a few days of use.

From reading other comments the software doesnt seem to generally available and its necessary to contact the company beside purchasing the cable

Imo the programming should be handled by using a standard usbc cable and pushing the functionality into the devices firmware so that no special cable is required
