Pros

We operate this product for our church services and it works excellent. Good quality and durable.

Buildings and obstructions, ect. Work great. Solid design with a fail proof charging cradle. Only issue is the earpiece.

Cons

Not a product i would recommend or ever buy again. Just got it in and realized there are no prongs to plug the charger in to an outlet. Even worst, sometimes it just makes a loud noise.

Covers 6 acres, staff of 5 in constant comminication.

The ear pieces arent perfect but the stay in place under their helmets.

Use these all the time for work, they're great but don't hold up well and i'm constantly replacing them.
