Pros

New firmware update corrects a few things also. Minimizing which features are on seems to make this go away.

It has promiscuous mode for dmr3. Ctcss dcs and dmr color codes are built in. Dmr programming is different then classical input frequency, offset and pl tones. It can be difficult to inthe middle of the night.

Audio is excellent. Works good with repeater and analog. Loud output from unit speak and from speak mic which is configureable.

Cons

Not worth the hassle. The software is buggy beyond belief. It's too bad that in 2021, they couldn't produce cps that was plug and play.
