Pros

The ptt fits in my ear perfectly and blocks out sound so i have no problem hearing my radio. Transmit audio is fine. I really like the bigger ptt button because i wear gloves so it's easy to find and press.

Now it fits perfect.

Cons

First time used, the transmit button got stuck key down. If you buy these i suggest that you try them immediately in case they do not work correctly.
