Pros

Smooth & renew retinol complex is of the quality i expect from the brand. It does what it advertises.

The 2 ounce jar contains a great retinol cream that doesn't irritate my skin. The lotion has a nice texture, it's moisturizing and absorbs well into my skin and gives a velvety soft finish.

Cons

This olay is *. The tapioca starch is a main ingredient and gives it a creepy/greasy/silky texture. It is not meant to be applied every night. My face is painful to touch and itchy.
