Skin is much smoother/more dewy looking, and my hair and nails are much stronger and healthier as well. It has a more even and luminescent appearance, and the texture and elasticity have also gotten better. You have a radiant complexion.

These are fantastic gummy vitamins. Haha. This jar is shallow enough and wide enough that i think i could dig out anything that might clump with my fingers.

This is why i did a quick search online and discovered it has a real website. It’s worth checking out! Good purchase so far. Would recommend them.

These are average capsule size, no bad odor or aftertaste and easy to *. The capsules are kind of interesting, they have little beads in them.
