I've been doing 1 min then 30 second intervals, changing the fold every 30 seconds

Very large to put in the freezer so you need the space in the freezer for it but if this is only a temp measure while recovering from an injury then this probably wont be a problem

Even when its frozen its still pliable so it doesnt need to take up much room in your freezer as it can be folded
