Pros

Great to occupy his time. Do it right. Thank you, gentlemen. Roosevelt, the destroyer uss sullivan and the battleship uss missouri.

Cons

The hull is the wrong shape and only one rudder is included. The slot in which you put the small turrets in is often too large, meaning the anti air and secondary turrets will fly off without glue.

This is probably the worst model kit i ever purchased. I am not a model builder and is why i purchased a model any 10 yr old could build. Get a larger scale and spend a little more don't wast your money on this one.

Over all very impressed by the length it was at least 16 to17 inches.

Have not finished assembling it, but looks like a quality model

Its was what i expected ist an awesome kit for its price.

Shipping

There was 1 challenging part to put the base on to the ship.

At age 11 he found the ship an enjoyable challenge.

He still used it to show the ship slicing through the water.

The hull is one piece, which i prefer because there is no seam line running down the hull of the ship to sand and fill.
