I prefer these over tempered glass screen savers which tend to chip and fracture in spite of the claims otherwise

There are still bubbles weeks after application but it beats paying 20 for glass covers that will crack immediately

If youre tired of the tempered glass screen protectors cracking at the least bump this is a decent alternative

With the protective screen over the phone the touch screen is harder to function
