Pros

It is neutral enough that it blends nicely with several shades of lipstick and lipgloss. It goes well with the matte lipstick from revlon. You have lipstick to last all day and evening.

The revlon plum lip liner is absolutely adorable! I love using this lipliner to fill in my lip because it make the lipstick i cover it with last all day. It goes with everything and never has to be sharpened…it’s amazing!

I love how creamy it is and the way it glides on without any tugging on my lips! It lasts a few hours, even if i’m drinking beverages and get this- playing my saxophone! Lasts several hours.

Cons

The liner is very unforgiving, with a tendency to crumble and flake. When applying, it has a greasy texture, and i couldn't apply a straight line around my lips. The lipstick is so dry it’s impossible to apply.

The plum shade is way too dark. Also, it has poor color saturation/intensity. Now i am left with shopping in person at a local big-box store to find a different brand and color for me, then hopefully revisiting amazon again in the future.

The price is high for what you get, that's with all cosmetics

They’ve gone up in price but are still one of my favorites.

Packaging/appearance

Looks great with my revlon color stay lipstick.

This color is not as dark or as bold as it was pictured, it has more of a pinkish tint, making it blend in with the lips.

Competitiveness

This works better than most department store brand name products i’ve tried in my 20 plus years of makeup experience.
