I have been using this eyeliner for years, it’s the first liquid liner i ever used and i’ll never cheat on it.
It’s really well pigmented and does not fade throughout the day like the nyx one i used for awhile.
Some seemed to be good at first but either ran out quickly, caused allergic reactions or flaked off, cracked and dried out easily.
Updated: photo is after 15 hours of wear without any touch ups.

All in all, you really can’t beat it for the price.
I bought it by accident somewhere else and was beyond happy to find in here for such a low price.
This is a great eyeliner especially for the price, it comes off pretty easy and doesn't stain

This particular one has a foam angled tip which doesn’t make a thin enough line for me but luckily i still have my old top so i just use it

I should also note that i don’t really wear any makeup on my lids when i use this so it‘s just on my bare eyelids no primer no concealer nothing and after using setting spray it does not budge
